Water cleaning project in Jinan
__This project was put into production in Feb., 2005.The capability of this project on sewage treatment is up to 1600 m3/h,the suspending in the entry is SS≤6000~10000mg/L,PH is 7—12,the temperature of the returning water is often at 50—65℃.
__ According to the features of the converter gas washing water and features of distributing of the particle’s diameter, the treating process adopt the advanced and reliable way of two-level sedimentation:the first level is to use 2 sets of coarse particle separator,in order to remove the suspending with the diameter over 60μm from the washing water;the second level is to use 24 sets of effective inclined-pipe sedimentation vessel, in order to removing the suspending with the diameter over 10μm from the washing water. This project mainly includes 24 sets of effective inclined-pipe sedimentation vessels, 2 sets of new type coarse particle separators and two sets of water well, and 6 sets of concentrating sediment pool. Since it is applied, the suspending in the exit is stable (SS≤50~80mg/L),the rate of containing water after sludge removing can be controlled as 75%-80%according to the requirement. Since this project put into production, it shows that:until now, this equipment can run stably and credibly,has great endurance against impact,be operated easily,and need no maintenance work.
__The technical process(including the sludge removing process)can be controlled automatically, and communicate friendly with humanbing. The drag dosing quantity drops 10% compared with the traditional ramp-plate sedimentation tank,almost achieving non-people operation and sludge removing intelligentized. The sewage generated in the whole process is disposed in the closed equipment, which accord with the national developing orientation of cleaning and energy saving on metallurgy industry
