1,In this project, the temperature of the spraying billets in the product line is 400～800℃，the line-speed of the billet going through the spraying equipment is 0.8m/s，the speed of pushing the billet in the entry of the stove is 3.88m/min. The main equipment includes 1 set of dope collocating machine, 1 set of spraying machine, 1 set of the front blowing-sweeping machine, 1 set of the re-spraying machine in the entry of the stove, 1 set of the gas dealing machine, and 1 set of autocontrol system. It is said in the medium examining report given by The technology center in the Jinan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd that the productive capability of billets of Jinan Iron and Steel Co.will come to 4 million tons. We calculate the burning lost of the billet by the oxidization in the heating stove as 1% at least, and the reduction of burning lost the billet high-temperature oxidation-proof come to 65%. Therefore, if the dynamic process of the billet high-temperature oxidation-proof system is wholly used, Jinan Iron and Steel Co. will increase its output of billets by 26 thousand tons in 2006. Furthermore, if the cost of dope and other materials are deducted, it can make the profit over 26million RMB. This system really benefit Jinan Iron and Steel Co. a lot.
