The burning gas-steam electricity generated project to Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation This project was put into production in Oct., 2005. The capability of dealing with the gas form the blast furnace is up to 450000Nm3/h, with the moisture of the water in the exit ≤15g/Nm3, the quantity of the gas containing in the entry ≤1mg/Nm3，and the temperature of the gas 30—50℃. The major equipment of this project includes 6 sets of the gas dewatering machines of silk screen, 6 sets of anti-washing machines, and 6 sets of machines for making the entering gas uniformity. Since it is applied, the moisture of the water in the exit has always been up to≤2g/Nm., so it avoid reducing the theoretical burning temperature and heating quantity of the burning capable gas, and ensure the next working procedure make function safely, stably, and economically.
